Subscription / Membership Refunds

  • Monthly / Yearly / Lifetime Memberships: All membership plans, including monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscriptions, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Subscription Modifications: You may shift your subscription to a different period or upgrade to a higher-tier plan, but cancellations and refunds are not permitted once the purchase has been made.

Pre-Booking Refunds

  • If you have pre-booked or reserved your seat for a service, course, or event by paying a token amount, this amount is refundable within 7 days from the date of payment.
  • After 7 days, the pre-booking amount becomes non-refundable. However, it can be adjusted toward the final payment of the selected membership or service.

Refund Eligibility for Digital Products & Services

  • Courses, Indicators, Strategies, and Digital Content: Purchases of educational courses, trading indicators, strategies, and other downloadable digital content are non-refundable and non-transferable once the purchase is completed.
  • Mentorship & Training Programs: Payments made towards mentorship programs, workshops, or training sessions are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live session, we may offer access to recorded content at our discretion.

Refund Requests

  • Refunds will only be considered for pre-booking amounts and cases of excess payment due to technical issues.
  • To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] with details of your purchase and a reason for the refund request.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframes mentioned above to be considered for approval.

Refund Processing

  • Once a refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If that is not possible, the amount will be transferred to a bank account specified by the customer.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we suspect misuse, fraud, or non-compliance with our refund policy.
  • No refunds will be provided for subscription renewals or purchases made outside of the specified refund period.
  • Refunds are not applicable in cases where the customer has accessed the digital product (such as courses, indicators, or strategies) or used our services before requesting a refund.
