Grievance Redressal Process

Step 1: Initial Contact

Contact our customer support team through phone, email, or our complaint portal. We aim to resolve most issues at this level within 24-48 hours.

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If your issue is not resolved, you can file a formal complaint. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a complaint reference number.

Step 3: Investigation

Our compliance team will investigate your complaint thoroughly. We aim to resolve complaints within 7-15 working days depending on complexity.

Step 4: Resolution

We will communicate our findings and resolution to you in writing. If you're not satisfied, you can escalate to our Compliance Officer.
