If the grievance remains unresolved, investors may escalate the complaint to SEBI through the SCORES portal, SEBI's centralized web-based complaints redressal system.

Investor Responsibilities

Do's:

  • Always engage with SEBI-registered Research Analysts.
  • Verify the validity of the Research Analyst's registration certificate.
  • Check for the SEBI registration number of the Research Analyst.
  • Pay attention to disclosures in research reports before making investment decisions.
  • Make all payments to the Research Analyst only through banking channels and retain duly signed receipts.
  • Before investing in securities or public offerings, review the research recommendations provided.
  • Ask relevant questions and clarify doubts with the Research Analyst before acting on recommendations.
  • Report to SEBI if any Research Analyst promises assured or guaranteed returns.

Don'ts:

  • Do not provide funds to the Research Analyst for investment purposes.
  • Do not fall for misleading advertisements, market rumors, or unsolicited tips.
  • Avoid getting influenced by limited-period discounts, incentives, gifts, or any promotional offers.
  • Do not share trading or demat account login credentials and passwords with the Research Analyst.

Grievance Redressal Process

Step 1: Initial Contact

Contact our customer support team through phone, email, or our complaint portal. We aim to resolve most issues at this level within 24-48 hours.

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If your issue is not resolved, you can file a formal complaint. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a complaint reference number.

Step 3: Investigation

Our compliance team will investigate your complaint thoroughly. We aim to resolve complaints within 7-15 working days depending on complexity.

Step 4: Resolution

We will communicate our findings and resolution to you in writing. If you're not satisfied, you can escalate to our Compliance Officer.
